Software access while active.
An active membership is intended to unlock the released regular-customer Best Friend Says What? software and updates. Hardware, shipping, future premium generations and separately priced third-party services are not included unless a checkout offer expressly says so.
Founder benefits remain separate.
The 489 Lulu founder NFTs keep the physical-collar, premium-eligibility and project-funded reward rules described in the founder documents. Current founder NFT holders also receive $0 pre-release testing access to available Best Friend Says What? iPhone and Android builds. That early-access period is separate from the $4.20/month regular-customer membership after public release and does not by itself promise lifetime-free software.
Recurring billing requires a real checkout.
No subscription starts merely by viewing this page. Recurring billing begins only after production checkout is enabled and a customer affirmatively accepts the displayed price and renewal terms. The current site has no active checkout and cannot charge you.
Cancellation once billing is live.
The production plan is month-to-month. A customer will be able to stop future renewals before the next billing date. Access remains through the paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law require a different result. Any refund rights shown at checkout or required by law remain available.
